Follow the bouncing time zone

Ok, I'm glad I'm not anal about changing the clocks each time we move from one time zone to another. Here is the history of our time changes over the past few days.

10/30 - In Phoenix,AZ - MST (they do not do DST in AZ).
10/31 - In Las Cruces, NM - MDT (+1 hour)
11/1 - In Las Cruces, NM - MST (-1 hour)
11/2 - In Alpine, TX - CST (+1 hour)

WTF time is it now?
